Welcome to digitalfootprint.live, a service operated by digitalfootprint.live, LLC (hereinafter "We", "Us", "Our"). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy carefully because they govern your use of our website located at digitalfootprint.live (the "Site"), and our services accessible via the Site. 6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (c) any content obtained from the services; and (d) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the state of South Carolina without regard to or application of its conflict of law provisions or your state or country of residence.
8. Dispute Resolution
You and digitalfootprint.live, LLC agree that any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, or to the use of the Services (collectively, “Disputes”) will be settled by binding arbitration.
9. Refund Policy
Thank you for purchasing from us at Digital Footprint. We want to ensure you have a satisfactory customer experience.
General Provisions: If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The Right to Cancel and Refunds: You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day of your purchase. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your purchase by a clear statement by emailing us at support@digitalfootprint.live. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of Cancellation: If you cancel your purchase, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel the purchase.
Damaged or Incorrectly Supplied Products: If you have received a damaged or incorrectly supplied item, please notify us by emailing support@digitalfootprint.live as soon as possible, but in any event no later than 30 days, and we will arrange with you for it to be returned to us.
Change of Mind: Digital Footprint may, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. For these instances, Digital Footprint reserves the right to charge a restocking or other fees.

9. General Terms
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms otherwise will remain in full force and effect and enforceable. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
